MicroPAPR™
The microPAPR™ is a low-profile breath assist device with minimal filter standoff, designed to reduce physical burden for personnel breathing through a protective mask. This system’s unique, cutting-edge design provides the operator with a Breath Rate Response (BRR) mode delivering between 25 liters per minute (lpm) to 65 lpm. The BRR automatically adjusts based on operator’s breathing rate. In addition, a second mode is offered that delivers 50 lpm fixed air flow.
The unit’s miniaturized high-output, motorized blower forces ambient air through the canister/filters and into the respirator for which it was designed. The lightweight design includes two on-board CR123 batteries and a remote battery pack assembly which provides over 8 hours of runtime.
